I recently had been to this dermatology clinic, the process was quick and to my satisfaction. Although I was a walk in client, I was fortunate to be accommodated and had a consultation with Dr Wai Ping Chan in person. I've read reviews, while trying to find another dermatologist from the previous one I had, yet I do not find this doctor rude, neither did she talk to me with her voice raised. This is only an assumption of mine, that sometimes culture may play a role in the way we perceive how others communicate in their own language. I find the Doctor to be straight to the point. For me I prefer to be told exactly what my symptoms were and not beat around the bush and that is exactly what I got. Plain and simple. She was kind enough to explain some alternative treatments and gave me options. I had already recommended her to some of my friends.

I had a severe eczema flare up on my hands and feet. I tried cotton gloves, anti-itch creams, and triamsinolone for 3 months. I even changed my diet to cut out nightshades. Regardless, nothing worked to help my eczema. I came to Dr. Chan and within 3 days my eczema had calmed down. Thanks, Dr. Chan!
